In terms of alloy, strength and coating, this colour aluminium strip has been specially tailored for applications using sheet metal techniques. It is perfectly suited to the widest variety of folding techniques – and can be combined with materials such as wood, glass or steel.

FALZONAL® is available in a wide range of colours and surfaces with plain or metallics, you can choose from a palette of 35 colours.

FALZONAL® is available in a wide range of colours and surfaces with plain or metallic colours including copper brown or zinc grey. The visible side of FALZONAL® is coil-coated with an HDCC paint system (high durable coil coat).

Protective film	The visible side of FALZONAL® is coated with a patent, asymmetric perforated, non-slip protective film. This film is UV-resistant and can remain on the trays for up to six months after all work is complete.

Depending on the shade, covers approx. 10 to 20 units as per the Gardner measuring system (measuring angle 60°). Metallic colours approx. 40 units.

Protective film

The visible side of FALZONAL® is coated with a patent, asymmetric perforated, non-slip protective film. This film is UV-resistant and can remain on the trays for up to six months after all work is complete.

In the case of standing seam coverings, pre-profiled or folded panels are folded together to create a rainproof joint. The angled standing seam is primarily used for façades, while the double standing seam is used on roof surfaces. The following two images show the cross-sections of double and angled standing seams:
